Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jl38's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl38 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
